CANPACK ENHANCES PRODUCT PORTFOLIO BY EXTENDING DESIGN ELEMENTS AND PRODUCT BRANDING TO THE CAN’S FULL SURFACE, INCLUDING THE TOP

KRAKOW, POLAND (December, 2019) – CANPACK, one of the largest manufacturers of metal packaging in the world, has enhanced its product portfolio with a new can that integrates the product branding to the top of the can. The fully printed, high resolution can extends the brand experience for the consumer and will allow products to stand out on retailers’ shelves.

Until now, beverage companies could only brand their products across the body of a can or extend the branding to the top of a can in small batches,” said Marcin Fijałkowski, Group Operational Excellence & Investments Officer of the CANPACK Group. “This innovation from CANPACK changes that, allowing companies to mass produce cans with up to 120 different end designs that continue to the top of the can in one batch. CANPACK’s innovation ensures that consumers experience the product’s marketing from the moment they spot it on shelves, to the moment they take a sip. By extending the marketing message, this new product increases product awareness and ensures that consumers will remember the product for future purchases.

With a range of colors and styles, companies can choose the can end that is best for them and their brands. The new solution produced by CANPACK can be either one color – chosen from a wide range of colors – or include dedicated designs printed in high quality images. With the possibility to print 120 different can end designs in one production run, it is the perfect way for companies to extend the can’s design elements while enabling mass customization.
