Change of Credit Rating Agency

Kraków, Poland (August 23, 2021) – On July 26, 2021, Fitch Ratings assigned CANPACK S.A. and CANPACK US LLC (together, “CANPACK”) a rating of BB with a stable outlook. On August 3, 2021, Moody’s was requested to withdraw its rating on CANPACK, which was Ba2 with a stable outlook.

S&P will continue to provide its rating on CANPACK, which has been BB with a stable outlook since November 2020.
