Director Retirement

Kraków, Poland (June 29, 2021) – CANPACK S.A. announces that Rob Earlam, Group Treasury, Risk and Insurance Director has decided to retire and return to the UK to spend more time with his family.

Following Rob’s retirement, Lorenzo Ruffatti, in addition to his role as Group Investor Relations Manager, will assume the role of Group Treasury, Risk and Insurance Director on an interim basis, effective 1st of July.

Marius Croitoru, Group CFO, commented: “Over Rob’s 3 years with CANPACK, he has played a pivotal role in the recent successful bond issues and driven improvements across his areas of responsibility. I am truly grateful for his contribution and support in bringing improved best practice to CANPACK. I wish him all the best in his retirement.

I’d also like to welcome Lorenzo to his new additional role as interim Group Treasury, Risk and Insurance Director. I am confident that with his extensive expertise and experience in the financial markets Lorenzo will do a great job in this combined role.”
