S&P Downgrades CANPACK to ‘BB-‘ with a Negative Outlook

Kraków, Poland (December 8, 2022) – S&P Global Ratings has lowered its long-term ratings on CANPACK S.A. and CANPACK US LLC to ‘BB-‘ from ‘BB’ with a Negative Outlook. As covered during the investor call held on November 30, 2022, CANPACK is taking aggressive actions to improve performance.
