DIVESTMENT OF INTEREST IN CANPACK LINCO LLC

Can-Pack Metal Closures sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of CANPACK S.A., divested the entirety of its interest in CANPACK Linco LLC, an Egyptian joint-venture producing crown corks, to an affiliate of LINCO, the other owner of the joint venture.  The terms of this transaction are confidential, and the proceeds will be used for general business purposes, and are not anticipated to have any material impact on CANPACK’s financial results.
