DIVESTMENT OF INTEREST IN CAN ASIA, INC.

Kraków, Poland (October 4, 2022) – On September 30th, 2022, CANPACK S.A. divested the entirety of its interest in CAN ASIA, INC., a Philippine joint-venture producing aluminum cans, to its joint venture partner. The terms of this transaction are confidential. This divestiture is not anticipated to have any material adverse impact on CANPACK’s financial results, and the proceeds from this divestiture will be used for general business purposes.
