Closing of US$520 Million Asset-Based Revolving Credit Facility

Wayne, Pennsylvania, April 29, 2026 – CANPACK Group, Inc. announces that it has successfully closed on a committed five-year $520 million asset-based revolving credit facility with a consortium of leading banks. The new facility, secured by certain assets, refinances and extends the existing $400 million and 100 million Euro multi-currency revolving facilities. In addition to refinancing and extending the existing facilities, it will provide funding for general corporate and working capital purposes.

This new facility will provide CANPACK even greater flexibility to address market conditions and its financial needs. Wells Fargo Bank acted as Joint Lead Arranger, Administrative and Collateral Agent together with CITIBANK N.A. and BNP Paribas, as Joint Lead Arrangers. Lenders also include J.P. Morgan, ING Capital LLC and PKO Bank Polski SA.
