CANPACK S.A. CLOSES MERGER WITH GIORGI INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS S.A. R.L.

Wayne, Pennsylvania and Krakow, Poland (February 10, 2025) – CANPACK Group announced that on January 31, 2025, the transborder merger of Giorgi International Holdings S.à r.l. (“GIH”) into its fully owned subsidiary, CANAPCK S.A., has been effectively registered. On this date, GIH ceased to exist and all the assets and liabilities of GIH were effectively transferred to CANAPCK S.A., which is the surviving company and stepped into all existing contracts concluded by GIH. At the same time, CANPACK Group, Inc. became the sole shareholder of CANPACK S.A.
