CANPACK is Adding 1.2 billion Cans Capacity to its Greenfield Plant in India

WAYNE, Pennsylvania (July 24, 2026) – CANPACK Group, Inc., a global manufacturer of aluminum beverage cans and packaging solutions for the beverage and food industries, have approved a $100 million investment in a second line at its greenfield facility in Unnao in State of Uttar Pradesh, India.

The second line is expected to begin commercial production in late 2027/early 2028, and is intended to address sustained growth in the Indian beverage can market, where current demand exceeds local supply.
