CANPACK Appoints Lorenzo Ruffatti as Investor Relations Manager

Kraków, Poland (April 30, 2021) – CANPACK Group is pleased to announce and welcome Lorenzo Ruffatti as the Group’s first Investor Relations Manager. In this new role, Lorenzo will lead the Group’s Investor Relations team and report to Marius Croitoru, the Group CFO. Lorenzo will work closely with the Executive Committee, finance team and communication team to enhance the collaboration with CANPACK’s bond investors and other stakeholders of the investment community.

Lorenzo has extensive experience in international financial services from a wide variety of financial institutions. His most recent role was with Brokertec, part of CME Group, holding various senior positions in London and Amsterdam. Prior to this Lorenzo held senior roles with UniCredit AG and Banca IMI based in Milan and with Barclays Capital in London.

Marius Croitoru, Group CFO, said: “Lorenzo’s extensive experience and knowledge, especially in the fixed income markets, will be a great asset to CANPACK as we continue our growth journey and take
a more public position following our debut issue of high yield bonds towards the end of last year.”

Marta Kopcik who has been responsible for CANPACK’s investor relations as part of the Group’s communication since last October will continue to be responsible for the Group’s communication strategy and serve as the Group Communications Manager and will support Lorenzo in his role by continuing to be a contact point for the investors and other third party stakeholders which want to connect with CANPACK.
