BUSINESS UPDATE

Kraków, Poland (February 25, 2022) – Due to the conflict in Ukraine and to best ensure the safety of our employees in Ukraine, we have temporarily shut down our Ukraine operations.  At this time, we do not believe that this situation will have a material adverse impact on our group-wide results of operations or cash flows.  However, this situation is very fluid and should our operations in Ukraine continue to be interrupted or should our operations in Russia be interrupted (for example, due to the imposition and types of sanctions that may be imposed), the group-wide impact could become material.
